• Strong reel editing instincts and clean pacing for food, lifestyle, and city content
• Comfortable with motion graphics, text animation, templates, and fast social turnarounds
• Should be able to work with raw creator footage and turn it into polished short-form output
Support daily content operations, scheduling, trend tracking, community management, research, and content publishing support.
• Good taste in social content and awareness of Instagram trends, formats, and hooks
• Comfortable with content calendars, captions, creator coordination, and platform hygiene

Lead growth thinking across content pillars, campaign planning, editorial direction, partnerships, and performance-led content strategy.
• Can build platform strategy, campaign structure, and content direction from audience signals
• Able to think beyond posting into growth loops, brand positioning, and monetisable content systems
• Should be comfortable translating Noidagram’s voice into repeatable, scalable content decisions
